Q - Does Geotechnical Services ship outside the United States?
A - Yes, we use Fed Ex and UPS International to ship all around the world. However, the method of payment will vary depending on the country of origin. |

Q - Does Geotechnical Services sell or disclose email addresses to other companies?
A - No, we only use email for contacting our customers regarding their purchase or quote request. If the customer is looking for detailed information on a specific product, we may have the manufacturer contact them directly. |

Q - When do items that are purchased online ship out?
A - When we receive an online order, it is processed the same day (during business hours 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday), and will ship out the same day if received before Noon and all items are in stock. Otherwise, the order will ship the next day or as soon as the items are received by us. |

Q - Does Geotechnical Services offer support and Training on the merchandise they sell?

Q - Does Geotechnical Services offer repair service.
A - Yes, we repair most of the items we sell and rent. Including 2" Pumps, Water Level Meters, Water Quality Meters, PID's, FID's and much more. See our Repair Page.

Q - Can I try out an instrument before I buy it.
A - Yes, we rent a wide variety of instrumentation and offer loaners on some of the items we sell. See our rental page for more info.
