The Mini-Monsoon is a flow groundwater pump by Proactive, capable of pumping at depths of up to 70 feet from ground level to water level. Just connecting it to a 12 volt battery will start the pump. Its secure design is suited for constant sampling or purging of groundwater wells.
Sampling Water with the Mini-MonsoonMini-Monsoon makes sampling quick and easy! Just drop it into the water and hook it up to a car battery and the water starts flowing. Harsh conditions? Use it responsibly with higher turbidity (it's not a vacuum cleaner). The Mini-Monsoon pump can be run uninterrupted when is used in water, no overheat and cool off time!* Capable of running dry for up to two hours without damage. Pumps & EquipmentReady for field use; with 80 feet of heavy duty wire and battery clamps. Optional Low Flow Controller allows variable flow for micro purging and sample vial filling. To prevent water back-flow when shuts off, use a top-fitting check valve.
