FISHER TW 6 (Rental Only) Not for sale (click to left for speck sheet or manual in pdf) The Fisher TW-6 pipe and cable locator provides an economical and reliable way of locating deep underground pipes and cables. The TW-6 determines where to dig, and sometimes more importantly, where not to dig. The TW-6 features crystal-controlled frequency in both transmitter and receiver for long tracing distance of buried lines. And when the pipe or cable is energized inductively or with a direct hookup, the tracing distance of the TW-6 increases 50-100 percent over previous models. Operation of the TW-6 is made easy with both a visual meter and a sound indicator. To help the operator pinpoint and underground target, the sound indicator continues to increase in pitch and volume - even after the meter has pegged.
