Low flow pumps are designed for sampling environmental monitoring wells without disturbing the water too much. By keeping the velocity of the water in the well low, there is a better chance of obtaining a more representative sample. We have a few different low flow pumps for sale and some for rental. The Grundfos RedifloII 2 inch pump is one of the more popular models as it can pump from depths of almost 300' the rate of flow is variable. If you are not going too deep we have 12 volt models that can hook up to your car battery.

This Self-venting Submersible Electric pump is a completely sealed unit, designed to be run submersed in water. Fully immersed in water the pump is primed and gives instant delivery of water. It can be run for long periods in water but it is recommended that running periods should be restricted to a maximum of 15 minutes. #921 Super-Sub pumps are guaranteed for 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship.
